Matt Clabaugh is the owner of the Valencia Group Inc., Managing Partner for the EMC Associates, and the Principal for the Chapman Investment Company.  Before that, he was the Vice President to the Mellon 1 ^st Business Bank and to the Manufacturers Bank. He attended Ventura College and Chapman University where he earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He also earned a BA in International Relations at the University of Redlands. He did undergraduate work such as Architecture and English Literature at Durham University. He is part of the International council of shopping centers and the aircraft and pilots association.
