Joe Hensley is the Market President of Orange County, CA for U.S. Bank.  He began his banking career at age 18 as a teller while working his way through college. For 40 years, he has held various positions. In January 1998, Hensley took a position as a relationship manager in the Wholesale division working for the Commercial Bank.  He now leads U.S. Bank Orange County and its 1,052 employees.

Hensley serves on the board of the Orange County Business Council as immediate past chair, Orange County Housing Trust, Chair of California State University, Fullerton’s Board of Governors Philanthropic Foundation, Segerstrom Center For The Arts, and the John Wayne Air Service Task Force.

Hensley graduatedmagna cum laude with a bachelor's of arts degree in business from McKendree University.  He is married and has four children and four grandchildren.
