Jonathan Morales currently serves as the California Head of Community & Business Development. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s financial health strategy throughout California to build trust among underserved and underrepresented communities while providing resources to help drive economic equity for Black and Hispanic/Latino communities.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, Morales is big believer in “paying it forward” as an advocate of empowering others to pursue opportunities for community involvement and mentorship.

Jonathan is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion. His passion has seen him serve as a Mentor with The Fellowship Initiative (TFI) a program to help young men of color pursue higher education, and he is also an active member of multiple employee resource groups throughout JPMC.

Jonathan holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration on marketing from Cal State Fullerton. He lives in Southern California with his wife, Megan, and their three sons, Cayden, Connor, and Caleb.
